Each charter comes with a seasoned crew, essential safety gear, fuel costs covered, and standard refreshments. Different packages vary—the sunset trips offer premium refreshments and small bites, while business charters provide meeting facilities and tailored corporate catering.

To secure your preferred date, we suggest booking 2–3 weeks in advance, or even earlier during our busy period from May to September. For business gatherings and private parties, early reservations of 4–6 weeks are advisable for better options and customization opportunities.

Our first concern is your safety. In case our captain assesses the weather conditions as hazardous, we will propose an alternative date for the charter or return your payment in full. We keep a close watch on the weather and will notify you if there's a possibility of unfavorable weather 24 hours prior to your departure.

Certainly, you're encouraged to bring your own food and non-alcoholic beverages. We also provide outstanding catering services with customizable menu options. For safety purposes, please refrain from bringing any glass containers on board.

We make an effort to accommodate all our guests. Certain vessels are more accessible than others. We ask that you reach out to us during the reservation process to address particular requirements, so we can suggest the most appropriate yacht and organize any special arrangements needed.

For cancellations made more than 72 hours before sailing, a full reimbursement is provided. Those made between 24 to 72 hours are eligible for a 50% refund. Any cancellations within the 24-hour window prior to departure are generally non-refundable, except in cases of adverse weather or equipment malfunctions on our side.
